This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how of Postureletics, Inc (“Postureletics”) collects, uses, shares, and protects “consumer health data” as defined under applicable U.S. state laws, and the privacy rights and choices you have with respect to such data, in connection with our websites, online services, products and services (collectively, our “Services”).

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy.

We collect the following categories of consumer health data:

● Choose to participate in one of our product research studies, respond to our surveys, or leave a review on our products.

We collect and use consumer health data as provided below:

To provide you with the products and services you have requested, including to communicate with you, tailor responses, and to respond to your questions or requests for support.

How to submit requests. To request access or deletion of your consumer health data, please contact us at privacy@postureletics.com. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination.

Appeal. If your request to exercise a right under consumer health data privacy laws is denied you may appeal that decision by emailing us at privacy@postureletics.com. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you can raise a concern or lodge a complaint with competent regulators.
