We built the method we wished existed.
Postureletics started with one stubborn back, years of dead ends, and a simple conviction: posture pain has a pattern — and a pattern can be corrected, one body at a time.
Daniyar Abenov
For most of my twenties I treated my back pain the way everyone does — as an emergency to be silenced. Painkillers before meetings. A chiropractor on speed dial. A folder of stretches I'd do for a week and abandon.
What finally worked wasn't another quick fix. It was learning to see my pain as a pattern — a specific set of misalignments my body had drifted into — and correcting them in the right order, a little every day. I trained as a posture alignment specialist to understand why, and Postureletics is that method, made repeatable.
What we believe
Three principles, and we don't bend them.
Find the cause, not the ache.
Pain is a signal, not the problem. We measure the misalignment producing it and correct that — so relief lasts longer than the session.
One body at a time.
No two postures are identical, so no two programs should be. Yours is assembled from your assessment and updated as you change.
Honest about the work.
We never promise an instant cure. Posture changes through patient, repeated practice — and we'd rather earn your trust than overpromise.
How we got here
The short version.
A back that wouldn't quit
For over a decade, Daniyar's own back decides what he can do. Doctors, medications, and therapies come and go — nothing holds.
The thing that finally worked
Individualized posture therapy is what ends the cycle. Daniyar trains in it and gets certified as a posture alignment specialist.
